    Dear Blizzard,

    Thanks for completely ignoring the people who have been paying for a long time! Good luck with your cheap prices to get more people funneling money into your pockets. We sure as hell know this money won’t be spent on customer services since the wait time for a ticket is literally 48 hours (up from 24 hours a month ago).

    I wish my friends would move to another game so I didn’t have to pay for horrible service to spend time with them.
